Meg Ward is a Yorkshire-born DJ and producer carving her own lane in the UK’s electronic underground, known for her genre-spanning sets and bass-driven productions that blur the lines between euphoria and grit. Starting out as a resident DJ in Newcastle back in 2017, she cut her teeth playing long, genre-fluid sets: a foundation that shaped her instinctive understanding of the dancefloor. With roots in the underground and a sound shaped by years of graft across clubs and festivals, Meg’s energy behind the decks is matched by a deep understanding of dancefloor dynamics. Her productions range from raw, club-ready tools to melodic rollers, with standout releases on labels like Shall Not Fade, Needwant, and her own imprint Mega Wavy. Tracks like “Do It Jay” and “Have Ur Love” nod to her tougher, rave-fuelled side, while “Connections” (featured on EA Sports WRC™) and “Disappear” explore more emotional, synth-rich territory.
